I feel blessed to work in this field and it is my aim to ensure that at all times clients feel safe, supported and empowered. Every session is so unique and the soul messages that come through are a powerful reminder that we are so much more than this physical body and mind.
I’ve been fascinated by past lives since reading Morris Netherton’s book, Past Life Therapy whilst studying Psychology. I experienced my first regression in 1994 in Canada  and discovered the origins of my love of Celtic music and connection to the UK through a life in Britain. It has since helped me understand my passion for writing and helping others. Regression Therapy and Reiki have deepened my connection to spirit and my purpose in this lifetime.

Throughout my career I have worked in community welfare and mental health units and schools, in Australia, the UK and Canada as well as running my own spiritual healing and massage practice. I have a background in Counselling and Educational Psychology and am thrilled to be a meditation teacher and music producer for the worlds biggest meditation app, Insight Timer. I trained in advanced past life regression therapy and life between lives therapy with Karen Wells who was a member of The Newton Institute training team in California & Europe and I have completed further training with the Past Life Awakening Institute and Dolores Cannon's Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique. I also use Quantum EFT (tapping) pioneered by Jenny Johnston, to help people access past life and higher self learnings and have studied Morris Netherton's techniques to release traumatic memories. 

For your peace of mind I am a member of the Australian Association of Clinical Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy, receive ongoing clinical supervision and training and hold a current Working With Children & Police check.

Before choosing a regression therapist, ensure that they are a member of a professional association and trained in hypnotherapy,  past life regression hypnosis and trauma release to fully support you on your inner journey. Hypnotherapy is self regulated in Australia, which means only members of associations have to adhere to training standards and receive ongoing supervision and training.
